Same with me
However, some of those "gaming laptops" can run most modern games on decent enough settings to ensure the gaming experience wont be horrible. But older models (Like mine, which I got about 12 or over years ago, and it has an Intel 3000 integrated graphics card, which is the definition of trash) struggle a lot, as you can imagine.
You most likely would not be able to run games on decent looking graphics settings on a laptop like that. There are issues with lag, BSOD, overheating etc.
However, it is unfortunate that buying a gaming rig is not on most people's top priorities, due to how expensive a fairly decent gaming pc can be.
Funny thing, gaming laptops are usually twice as expensive as gaming desktop PCs. xD At least in my country they are. However, if you decide to build your own Desktop rig you can do the job relatively cheaply if you buy all the individual pieces. The full computers sold in most retailers tend to be overpriced.
My laptop usually does okay and ran WQ 2.7 almost perfectly on lower graphics but it's having a tough time with AE.
