That might be a bit much, since they don't want to get an AO rated game and it could cross that line if they included that. As for the blood and gore, it is pretty extreme, but its extremely unrealistic, cartoon blood and gore, something like Happy Tree Friends, or those Itchy And Scratchy shows that exist within the Simpsons cartoons.

Look at other games like Conan exiles,outlast 2 , Witcher series and god of war series.,etc. those games rated M and has full frontal nudity( conan and outlast 2 one) and extreme gore together.

I dont understand how nudity and gore together gets AO rating ?

Having no nudity content but gore only in mature game like this = its like your giving bad representation or hatred against human body. :(

Only those games which has very extreme explict or nsfw like sexual content = Gets AO rating. Not that one .

Yeah and even ignoring all that, people wouldn't be able to show videos of the game without censoring the nudity on youtube, since youtube doesn't allow it.
