Report a translation problem
Just beg in front of a cop. Repeatedly. You'll be relocated to a new neighborhood instantly, at the cost of some happiness and crime.
It might have been cool if the street signs had a pattern to them like in Washington DC where they're in alphabetical order (and streets with the same number of syllables are together), or in NY and other cities where they are numbered. This could help players locate themselves on the map, remember where certain places are, and know how close they are to reaching the city limits.
