[BUG] NPC (mack) not loading PLS HELP @Dev

[𝓕𝓵𝓸𝔀𝓮𝓻𝓼]

Bought this game a long time ago. Started playing it now since I have some time. I am roughly 1hr22mins into the game, I caught the fish using the poll, the dialogue said I should give it to the snack bar, I walk up to the snack bar but there's no one to give it to. The NPC Mack never loaded for me. What do I do? Restart the playthrough in a new file???
