Lucky Pennies, Money Grubbers, and Copper Scavanger
If I had to take two of the three which ones should I go with at the start of the campaign?

Lucky Pennies is the 35% chance for 35% more, right? That's triple layer of RNG due to needing piles to spawn, the size of the piles, and then rolling the 35% chance for 35% of that pile's size.
I'm not a mathematician but, the idea of Copper Scavenger with Money Grubbers is a better idea. Lots of copper, and the flat bonus of picking one up builds up. It goes +5, +10, +15, and so on until once you've picked up 20 piles in a mission, you're getting +100 on every pile. Some maps might be amazing for this compared to others, but that combo sounds really solid and more reliable, only the two layers of RNG.

Yeah consider the bonus you're actually getting. The total bonus money you make by the time you've picked up 20 piles for the maximum bonus would be an additional 1,050 copper if that's the way the card works. Not even including the piles you picked up themselves, varying between 25, 50, and 100 each. And every pickup after the first 20 being an additional 100 minimum.

1st Act always nice to pick money grubbers and copper scavenger, if act 2 i prefer the card +100 copper at start of the level for each cleaners or +250 for yourself at start of the level. I realize money grubbers and copper scavenger not as good at 2nd act. Lesser copper spawn at 1-3rd map of 2nd act

My friend got Lucky Pennies, and through the entire act 2 never had it prox once. It's not worth it at all.

Solo has every type of card in the game open from the start. If you where wanting to do money build there are at least 5 cards.

Copper Scavengers: More copper piles
Hazard pay: 250 for yourself at start of match
Money grubbers: +5 coins per pile stacking to 100+ coins per pile
Compound Interest: 10% of your total copper at start of match
Then Lucky Pennies: 35% chance for 35% more copper.

Ran a solo game with all 7 cards and was getting about 9000 copper between safe rooms once all 7 where in play.
