HDD 100% usage ONLY in this game

120 fps in game on default settings.
During cutscene it freezes, when I started campaign blue screen popped up.

CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD usage low, HDD memory at 90-100%.
300GB of free HDD space.

What do I need to do?

Every time I start the game it asks permission for hard drive changes.
At 80% loading before loading to the game world memory goes to 100%

When I put the game in admin mode it gets into a loop of: asking the HDD change permission and a moment later asking to put a command for the game: "Gobi -SaveToUserDir". I accept and it asks the 1st permission again so the loop is complete, later it stacks the command: "Gobi -SaveToUserDir Gobi -SaveToUserDir".

Found a fix!!!

After trying many things I loaded into the game and saw 100% again...
I thought about giving up, then just started walking, jumping, testing weapons
for couple of minutes and then... I checked again - 0%, what the hell guys.

Yeah it just... I have issues launching this game cuz it keeps loading for god knows how long (it loaded in less than 2 minutes on first HDD launch) and then it requires you to do a tiny ritual of juggling guns at the firing range and it'll be fine.

First off, I play on a HDD. I don't have issues. Secondly, reddit is a political left echo chamber. His point stands. Third, you shouldn't be talking. Less than 6 hours. As if you'd know the optimization of a game after only 6 hours.
