I can't find players at any hour.

It's days i am trying to find players with mathmaking, i am actually finishing my first run at recruit mode but no one ever joins, just bots. Is it because the difficulty is too easy?

Yes i do. Right now i am at act 3 and created lobby to start the map and after a while the game started with only bots.

Your problem I think is the fact you're looking for players on Act 3. Act 1 seems to be the most active for online play with randoms. I've never had an issue with matchmaking but I've seen a few people say they can't find matches.

The difficulty shouldn't matter. Some people are having issues finding games and that's the point. That's a bad sign.

Literally nobody can know why OP can't find games, it's all speculation. But since OP ain't the only one having issues with that and seeing how the playerbase is rather low for a triple A game I gave an explanation that makes the most sense.
You are making an argument out of this, ultimately being the most unhelpful here.

You're not finding people because:

-You're not playing in peak times
-People don't play on recruit
-Act 3 is not popular
-Your region doesn't have many people
-I believe matchmaking can bug sometimes, I made a game and after I beat the first map 3 people randomly join instantly.
