Do friends need to own DLC?
I’m planning on getting my friends this game as I used to LOVE it on launch. if I get the annual pass can they play with me or do I need to buy them the pass too?

mate it aint that hard. if one friend owns the dlc, anyone friends he plays with dont need it. as long as the party leader has it, its fine

Only the host needs the DLC for the party to be able to play that DLC.
