I only ask this, is because I might tweak some of my Deck Builds to include it, just to see if it's as good as some people make it out to be.

Only if you take time to aim, but I think there are better options specially if you for example quickly do headshots with a pistol

This is a T1 card for almost any weapon, especially for snipers, LMGs and even shotguns with ADS. 30% damage is too good not to use. Add to this "Glass Cannon", "Hyper Focused" and 2 more cards for damage, just aim for 2 seconds - and shred everything. Mutations and Bosses will disappear on "No Hope". ^^

to be fair, I do occasionally run my Pyromaniac Deck Build with the Damnation, and combining all of those cards on top of "Phosphorous Tipped" & "Pyro" together" should be pretty brutal (and funny at the same time)
