It does but people rarely play it now. I suggest finding a group to play this mode. It used to have full servers when the game first came out.

More like survival mode.
One team plays as survivors and tries to stay alive as long as they can. Another team plays as "special zombies" and tries to defeat them. Then both of teams switches their sides and starts again.
At the end, team who survives more time than another, wins.
