if you played through a previously cleared Act initially........
does everything you unlocked previously becomes locked again, or does everything stay unlocked if you replay through an entire Act from the very beginning (regardless of difficulty)??

I only ask this question, is because while playing through this game late last night (fun game, by the way) with a few buddies and whatever randoms that happened to join in, I missed getting the "Jukebox Hero" Achievement during the Bar Room Blitz, and only found out about it after looking at the trophy stats.

It should count as progress as long as you load into the level and select a cleaner and deck. It should also work even if you take over a bot, so i'm not sure why you wouldn't have gotten the achievement.
well to be fair, I didn't know there was an achievement for defending the Jukebox during the Bar Room Blitz, and it wasn't until I looked it up on YouTube is where I saw a good strategy on how to get it (which involves everyone involved using Razor Wire around the perimeter of the Jukebox).

not to mention, there was also 2 Collectible-based achievements that I missed as well. but other that, game's pretty fun!!!

Depends on what you mean. Accomplishments are like achievements, they get saved permanently (you can see those under profile up right in hope fort's menus.
Active cards have to be unlocked via supply & skull totem lines or duffels to become permanent. In-mission unlocking doesn't make it permanent when it's free intel/legendary/500 copper card.

This one is generally ez. Go recruit, though tough melee decks can get that even on harder than nohope. Better go sit on the music box, back in time I got it sitting on it with M4.
Don't expect to get all possible stuff by just one coop run. We didn't know you want that one
as much, I was just chilling and throwing grenades around and enjoying the bow.

well to be fair, I did manage to unlock a good amount of cards during our run this past Tuesday, upon cashing in the Skull Totems and and Supply Points. Although, I am still missing the "Vanguard", "Meth Head" and "Fit as a Fiddle" cards to complete my Berserker Build, and I might replace my currently equipped Copper card with the "Slugger" one.

but yeah man, I didn't know about the "Jukebox Box" achievement until I looked up a video for it on YouTube, along with 2 Secret-based achievements as well.
