I was looking for you to play. I could use some competent players that can hold their own. I mean I'll carry you the best I can but it's nice to have players that can help out.
hahahahha you again xD
not saying anything about op for now its just you again:
1: That guy you posted isnt your average big brain random player, he knows the game in and out
2: He also abuses the speed build (the ai director cant keep up, there is no skill in that, literally anyone could abuse the spawn system with speed decks its a very common known fact)
3: The guy also just abuses out of bounds bugs, if thats what you call skill..haha no need to say anything else at this point other than "hey guys look at me im so good Im so skillfull I just ignore 95% of the games mechanics by abusing stuff Im so good" - yep that's you just now even if you dont call yourself but other people who do this kind of stuff "pro" x)
4: Even though he's abusing a lot of things and also even though he has tried this run several hundret times now he says himself at the end in relief "FINALLY I completed a run" .. no need to add anything else here
Doesn't matter to me how angry/salty you say that, I'm 100% with you in this one.
The bigger part of this .."community":
-Doesn't communicate at all
-They seriously run weird builds some times with random cards it seems
-They dont go for trauma damage and also dont pick healers if there is none in team aleady and I'm 100% confident they dont even realise that most runs they lose because of that trauma damage. It really is quite hard to complete a level (especially the later ones with all the ridden cards) while only having 10% of your max health left which you can heal right? But they just dont get it.
-And so many people buy useless overpriced ♥♥♥♥ in every base and underestimate item upgrades ..these are still op if you go for the last upgrade but whatever
It is what it is. Maybe join the speed meta and just abuse the game to victory if you only wanna get through once? Otherwise looking for a proper team on discord might be the only way.
To be fair, the game has no mechanic to allow you to see what other people are running. There's a perfectly good slot right after selecting your character that shows the title and first card of your deck but other player's slots are not informative. The game should let you see other people's deck names in addition to a drop down menu that lets you see what kind of build they're running.
I know this is a team game and people who communicate always do better, but the game should allow some level of transparency that lets you see what randoms are running. You simply cannot expect people who quickplay to talk.
One of the major problems is that people assume your build based on the character you're using. One time I used Mom as offensive accessory build and someone thought I was doing healing (Even tho I said it in the chat...) and we didn't have a healer cause of it.
There is no need in any "role" if you can play with some people who have experience in this game. A "to-do-all" is FAR ENOUGH to carry to the end without any problem.
You need a Doc healing in your team ? Then first question yourself why you're taking that much damage you need a healer in your team. EMT Bag and Med Professionnal in your deck is MORE than enough, and only one carrying this btw. And more, a healer is a bad damage dealer, so if no one defends him, that's the end for him. Give him some damage !
You need a tank ? Again, learn to dodge attacks and you'll never need any one camping in a place to save your ass. Play melee if you have fun with, but no need to use damage/trauma resistance.
You only need players that can obliterate anything on the way and are able to dodge any attacks. If you complain about speed cards, we are only using "Run like Hell". No need of more.
Take some eco cards (CS, MG, LP if you want more) and buy anything on the road that fits your playstyle and is a buff.
And this have done many NM runs and NH easily, finishing with a huge deck (hmm) and many coppers left at the end. Idk if you can see my deck screenshot on my profile, but guess you should just take a look (again, it fits MY playstyle).
Then, if you play with randoms, don't complain. That's obvious you'll not match up with 3 more skilled players everytime. Again, I quote you : go play offline if you're not happy (or even find some friends but if you're that toxic anytime without even questioning yourself, I guess you don't have many).
I hope to meet you someday on a random game, seeing you camping in a corner. :)
Healers and snipers are useful yes. Melee/tank players on the other hand are not needed. They just complain when you kill commons anywhere near them so they can eat damage. Having dedicated CC from range helps cover people better and has a much higher skill ceiling than just being a meat shield via melee mashing mouse 1 and swinging your mouse around aimlessly. If you're going to put your opinions on the forums addressing everyone's skill set than i'm afraid i'm going to have to do the same.
