Healing Efficiency (EMT Bag e.g.)
I could not find a fitting topic, so I like to ask directly and plainly: do Healing Efficiency cards affect stuff like medical cabinets pr health regen cards?

Like that one "if someone suffers trauma you get 10%" so it becomes 10%+X ?

Also, since Battle Lust restores 1 health + 0.1 health, does it also means the Healing Efficiency might affect that as well like 1,5 health instead of one with EMT bag?

I am looking for hints or telltales how I would be able to see if card XYZ is affected by something or not, and when it is a fixed flat value.

Yes. Any card that restores health or temporary health is increased with Healing Efficiency.
As far as the trauma healing goes since it's new I have no idea but it should in theory.
It's 0.1 so noticing it is hard.

Docs Healing is also affected by healing efficiency.

First Aid kits no idea since as Doc you barely use them and let your teammates use them.

just to clarify, as far as i know, face your fears is the only temp hp generating card that benefits from healing efficiency. fire in the hole, for example, does not benefit from healing efficiency. it generates 20 temp hp with or without EMT bag. i also don't think buckshot bruiser benefits from healing efficiency either since you would generate 6 hp if all pellets connected with a mutation (and it survives) and you had EMT bag. from my testing i only saw 4. but maybe i took damage as it happened or maybe some pellets missed etc.
