Well Rested bug?

So I am a returning player and trying the new cards. I put well rested in my Doc healer deck and tested it offline. When I heal myself or a BOT with a bandage or medkit while full HP, it carries over x% to be converted as temporary HP. When I tried the same build in multiplayer, it will not allow me to use bandage or medkit while full HP on any of the players. Is this intended or a bug?

when you use it offline its because bots have the card fit as a fiddle that gives bolstered health and lets you heal over your max.

its a bug.. bots default well rested is differnt from well rested you use.. if u happen to find well rested in map.. u can actually pick up that card with 3 bots again.. and it will stack 7 times overall.. bots will have 3x well rested from default and another duplicate wellrested stacked 4 times from the one u found in map..

i guess the default wellrested bots have allows for overheal even at full health.. while wellrested u find in map or the one in ur deck wont do that..

Sorry. I forgot to mention that my whole squad have Fit as a Fiddle and Well rested in our decks trying to mimic what I run offline .

Thanks for the info. Just another question, In offline I can also apply bandage and medkit on myself while at full health with Well Rested and Fit as a fiddle. This bug applies to me as to bots on offline then?

in offline bots will also have wellrested as default so it works there.. even if u have well rested it will count seperately. u can actually see it if u look at active cards.. it shows 3x well rested from bots and 1x wellrested from your deck.. if both these wellrested variants were same then it should have shown 4x wellrested.. like for bombsquad
