Is the Battle Hardened Skin Pack gonna be sold separately in the future?

Got the game a bit ago, liked it a bit. It's a bit meh in my opinion, got the Deluxe edition which has the Annual Pass, but was wondering about that Outfit pack that is with the Ultimate Edition cause I like how the outfits look.

I already got the game, and I don't wanna spend $100 for just that pack and rebuy the whole game, would it be sold in the future for like $4 or $10 or is it gonna just be exclusive to that version of the game?

I'm waiting for comments being like "lol whine about being poor and begging for outfits" or something but I was kinda curious.

If there is a plan for them to be sold at some point in the future TRS has not said anything about it.

Considering how the game was $60 on launch with a $30 pass on top and having exclusive skins only for the $100 version I am pretty sure they will not give you the option to get those skins separately.
