ZWAT Outfit Not Unlocked?

Finally I cleared Nightmare mode with MOM and got all the achievements unlocked, but somehow I didn't get the ZWAT outfit. Is this bug?

You need to survive every single level as well. As in, be alive in the saferoom when you finish the level.

I already mentioned that I got all the Nightmare achievements, that proved I was alive in the safe room for every mission, because otherwise I won't have those achievements unlocked, agree?

the worst case I can think of is that you maybe completed one map with a different cleaner than mom... and now you have to search for that one map

Yeah, sometimes mom was taken, I use a different cleaner, but I've got it written down on a notepad and then went back to that specific mission and cleared it again with mom.

Same EXACT thing happened to me.

Got the achievements, survived EVERY level. Made a google sheets checklist that I only marked a level complete when I was ALIVE and transitioning to the next level.

Guess what? Still no reward and deserved ZWAT outfit for Holly.

I've seen several times this could be due to not watching the cutscenes all the way through.

So guess what, I'm gonna have to redo a bunch of levels, watch the entire cutscene. But, some reason, I feel like this isn't the issue and it's not gonna solve anything. Just gonna waste a couple more hours for nothing.

Please fix devs, this ♥♥♥♥♥ annoying??? Add a tracking system if anything???

ppl been asking for this since 2 weeks such an oversight.. also i cleared ACT 3 nightmare today .. but ACT 4 not unlcoked.. i used quick play so not sure if i have to create game and complete to unlock4 .. this is so stupid

The reason the outfit isn't unlocked is that you have in fact missed at least one mission completion somewhere along the way with that specific character.

Keep in mind by joining the game during an ongoing mission is very likely gonna put you into a different character, which doesn't count obviously.

It will take a bit to pull your profile and then you can track your zwat completion progress

So i have zwat holy and ive redon the entire game on no hope with a friend using my zwat and now its gone a yr later why?
