Remove a card?

I accidentally added the card that disables sprint. Any way to get rid of it, or do I have to play without sprint for the rest of the campaign?

Yeah you have to pick cards carefully as they affect your whole run, if you don't like that card why is it even in your deck?

I didn't fully understand the card system yet. I thought I was collecting them and could choose to use them later.

You have to be real careful. So far I've gotten the one that makes you go blind randomly when hit and the one that disables aiming. They pretty much ruin the game if you pick up the wrong card. My teammates seemed to be amused when I would start jumping and firing randomly each time I went blind though.
