Game stutters if I do not use a gamepad (Gamepass/windows 11)

I wanted to make this post as I have found a fix for the gamepass version of the game. At the moment it seems if you use a mouse and keyboard making the game unplayable. If you use a controller the problem goes away

lmao same here but with win10, if I try to use mouse and keyboard the game stutters so hard the game freezes until I stop using mnk

I wish we could swap PCs then because you have the fixed I need and I have to fix you need

I got the same problem there, with a controller game is fine but when i use keybord and mouse i have freeze...

I would recommend what TheCaptainGhost said there seems to be a few open tickets for this upvoting will get it fixed faster

Hey I just wanted to let you guys know I ran into some info that may or may not help you out. Closing all razer programs seems to have solved the issue for me

I found any desktop running program can cause bad shuttering in this game because it uses boarderless fullscreen which means your rig doesn't completely focus on the game. I also have Windows 11 but it should be the same for Windows 10. Also, auto hide your taskbar.

If you're willing to go into your BIOS, try disabling C-States in your CPU configuration. Disabling them fixed my general issue with high polling rates and games stuttering when moving the mouse. This seems to be a thing with ASUS and AsRock boards/chipsets.

I don't want to be just changing bios settings with out know what they do. What does disabling C-states do?

It's basicly certain parts of your CPU turning off to save energy from what I understand.

I understand if you're not willing to try changing this setting if you're only experiencing issues with this game alone, however I had this issue with lots of games when my mouse polling rate exceeded a certain threshold, and it solved the issue completely.

Bruh, when playing with keyboard and mouse - game freezing like im playing with Celeron processor.But i have Ryzen 5 3600 and GTX 1660 Super.Also playing with gamepad very smooth and without that freezes.Its so strange...(Gamepass Version)

My buddy had to turn off all his Razer keyboard apps that were running and it started working fine. Synapse and cortex. also controller plugged in stopped it so it is definitely keyboard problem

Yeah its any 3rd party app having to do with your keyboard/mouse if you close them you will have not issue
