I'm going to assume you pre-ordered the game and are eligible for playing a few days earlier.
If not, then this is discussion is going to end fairly quickly.
First off, the games uses EAC (Easy Anti-Cheat)
First off, try the repair function:
(Ripped of the official site)
Install, Uninstall, Or Repair Easy Anti-Cheat
The Easy Anti-Cheat service is typically installed automatically with each game, and uninstalled automatically when the last game using Easy Anti-Cheat is removed from your system.
You can also install the service manually. To do so navigate to the "EasyAntiCheat" folder inside of the game's installation folder and locate "EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe". Launch it as administrator and choose 'Install'.
If your Easy Anti-Cheat installation becomes corrupted somehow, you can repair it by following the same steps and choosing 'Repair' at the end.
Easy Anti-Cheat service is uninstalled together with the game. You can also manually remove the service from the system by following the above steps and choosing 'Uninstall' at the end.
Without any error codes or notifications, you can't track down the cause of the problem.
Either the Anti Cheat is blocking you.
Or the game isn't installed properly. (Reinstall to make sure)
Or the game doesn't start because of something about your PC is preventing it to boot up further. Could be a permission thing, could be a blockade because of other software such as VPN or anti-virus.
Most of the time, it's the anti-virus installed on the computer itself that blocks the game from launching. Won't be the first, nor last, time it occurred.
You can also always check your Task Manager to see if, for some reason, B4B is running in the background.
All in all, I can only speculate without knowing how you're handling your PC.
All I can say, is that it runs fine on my own device. Well... ignoring the occasional bug ingame here and there.
I found some 'possible' solutions
1. TURN OFF YOUR ANTIVIRUS AND RUN THE GAME
Sorry for the caps, but this one is repeated over and over and over.
2. Turn off VPN blablabla
3. Turn of MSI Afterburner? Don't have it, maybe you guys do.
4. Open the game automatically in Full Screen? That's a new one, but apparently a thing that exists. You'll need to input a command in the .exe file, though. Dunno which ones you need. Google is your best friend, unless you desire privacy.

Not sure how much more I can help.
I'm only an amateur after all.

The above suggests this is a EAC issue. Attempting to use the setup.exe in the appropriate EAC folder resulted in nothing.
We'll just have to sit tight until TRS pulls their heads out of their asses and acknowledge this problem.
op of this thread fixed the issue by completely uninstall the anti-virus.
20.10.2021: Game is running, few more WIN updates automatically installed since launch. What SEEMS to do the trick - clean installation of GPU drivers, nvidia in my case. (followed tutorial on YT: "nvidia clean instal" by Chris). Antivirus and all possible apps are running...

I tried to uninstall the EAC, but when ever I doing that, It won't show the repair window.
