Does anyone know if pre-load is available for either version of the game, and when approx. it will start?

No info on preload at this time, for early access and for full launch.

This is b.s. Bought the deluxe for early access. My friends are all online playing on ps4 and xbox rn.

They posted clear access times for early access for each platform. Steam isn't behind the posted time yet (2.5 more hours).
