How much of it is gameplay? Because in another post a dev said it has 8h of dialogue.

If they said that it has 8hrs of dialogue and the game as a whole is 12hrs, then I would assume that means you're getting 4hrs of gameplay mixed in there for the total of 12hrs

There's a full YT playthrough at 7 hours. Of course those are sometimes edited, and the player knows where to go. So 8-10 hours seems likely for an average person who might get confused or explore a little here and there.

There aren't any gameplay, just go to the point A to B, talk for minutes, be insulted for some of the characters, make some ♥♥♥♥ minigame without any difficulty and go again to the point A to B. This is not a game is a bored serie trying to be selled as a game because on Netflix nobody would saw this.

I 100%'d it (Missing two achievements that are bugged currently) with around 17 hours of playtime, but I also maybe wandered more than I needed to make sure I didn't miss any dialogue.

It took me nearly 11 hours. And the main focus of the game is not gameplay, it's the story and all the emotional moments. I liked the story.. but others could have another opinion.
