You can't nominate "上海アリス幻樂団"

I know Team Shanghai Alice doesn't have a chance to win, but it makes me more sad that you can't vote for it. You can Ctrl+V to paste "上海アリス幻樂団", but there isn't any result. Actually, I have tried for diferent Japanese and Chinese character only named developers, but you can't vote for any of them. Only for roman character ones.
