Almost certain H-Scenes are cut like in the original Imhhw. Only played for about 10 minutes, but with the delays we saw back January I'm assuming more stuff was cut.

Yes. So anwser is not cutting an existing game but in first place making it with normal settings or not making it at all. Full package or nothing.

That isn't entirely true. Steam has fairly recently reverted back somewhat. A bunch of upcoming adult VN had been banned in January that were high school and character age issue related. So this game would never have been uncensored by default or had a official steam dlc patch.

ok im not a specialist in this matter but why for example Nekopara series, Nekonin or KARAKARA have adult patches available on steam ?

Probably because its catgirls. But because of what has been going on the Nekopara Developers themselves have stated they are unsure what will happen with Nekopara 4 on steam now.
