Probably with a terrible translation too, since it's Moenovel...
That is unfortunate. There's no reason for it to be censored anymore. It will keep me from buying the game if they censor it and don't provide the patch.
Regarding the translation, there's hope. They did a great job with Adventure of a Lifetime.

Buiseness-wise, Japan has really become one of the worst country producing video games in terms of consumer rights, between censorship (because of CERO), abusive DLC policy (see Dead or Alive with more than 1200€ of DLC), DRM, and the fact that they rarely patch their games even when they are basically broken, because, why would they if they can sell you a remake a few years later ? (ex : Dark Soul and probably Nier Automata).
And there is the sexual content of Visual Novels, they don't want to be perceived as perverts by the puritan America, because of the Japanese shame (haji 恥).
