are you sure the fps fix is in that mod pack?, i only see, some gameplay fix and adding the main story characters in it

They're there as:

stage particles removed: removes particles for all stages for better fps. Use this mod if resetting during training mode improves fps
  
stage particles swapped: makes all stages have particle effects of thread palace for better fps. Use this mod if resetting during training mode decreases fps

No, you have to make an account and enable adult content. After that, you can download the mod.

Hey, trying to get this mod to work along with your Ragyo Hair down mod but no matter what I do I cannot get the mods to install. I have both quickbms and xdelta3 in their folders but no mod even as simple as the fps or adding story character mod will activate any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

hard to say, but maybe things aren't in the right folders? and check that you're following the readme

So, I have been following the readmes as close as I can tell me if this sounds right. I I have the mod folder in the kill la kill if directory and have swapped Ragyo's MDL_070 to the mdl_071 and renamed it. Whenever I try running the batch it immediately closes and when I run it as admin it says main exe is missing. From the main readme it said that the mods should be installed after running the batch file, but neither the Raygo or the story only characters as alts will work. I'm going to mess with it again now. Thanks for replying anything that you can think it is please notify.

hmm, shouldn't need to do admin. if it's saying "main exe doesn't exist", it means for whatever reason it can't find newpatch_main.bat, which should be at "KILL la KILL -IF\mods\newpatch_main.bat". if it's there, maybe there're special characters or something in the filepath? idk

Okay so after some messing around I have other questions, the general mod folder is in the kill la kill directory and inside the mod folder is the mods the only one I really am aiming for is your Raygo hair down mod. The Raygo mod was moved to the mod folder as well by me but the content of the file is still in the fille itself o it would be kill la kill if/mods/raygomod.pac I have tried to put the contents of the raygo mod in the mod folder itself but the same problem arises. Also for the new patch and bms patch both tell me different things, bms patch can't find the bms file though I see it in the bms folder and newpatch can't find the patch file though again I see it there. I see about the possible special characters in the file path but to me it looks like the raygo mod finds the patch file then says its not there.

oooh ok you don't run newpatch_main.bat or BMS Patch_main.bat to install mods, you gotta run the bat file in the individual mod folder, so for the ragyo hair mod, you gotta run "KILL la KILL -IF\mods\Ragyo hair down MOT_071_RAG_ACT.pac/Ragyo hair down MOT_071_RAG_ACT.pac.bat".
also, once putting the mods folder in "steamapps\common\KILL la KILL -IF" you shouldn't be moving anything around.

Okay that is actually really good news. So, everything is where it should be and all I have to do is focus on the raygo file the only problem is it's still having the "main file is missing problem" (with the M071_RAG_ACT.pac) I have tried messing with the destination with no avail. Another thing I was curious about, when I do finally successfully install it, will the _NOTinstalled file change to installed? Other than that I maybe need to see if the quick bms/xdelta3 I downloaded isn't working right. Thanks again for the help

np. yeah it'll change to _installed. also i don't think bms or xdelta3 are causing issues atm.
also another thing if you're getting the "main exe doesn't exist" message, above that message it'll give you a file path where it's looking for it, so you can check if it's there. BUT. i messed up the message path a little , so just pretend it says "KILL la KILL -IF\mods" instead of just "KILL la KILL -IF" (this doesn't affect installation)

Now I have the .pac file running but it does not say installed and I can also tell by the game crashing when I pick Raygo lol. The only real thing I can see it being is maybe I have the wrong versions of xdelta or quickbms. just to make sure the versions I have are just normal quickbms and xdelta3gui. I have both the exe files in the mod folder where they belong but they are alone, as in both xdelta and quickbms come with more than the exe. Right now only the exe for both delta and bms are in their respective __ folders. Another thing to make sure of, the raygo_hair_down_MOT_071_RAG.pac is in the mod folder and doesn't need the file it came in correct? (Hair-Down-Raygo-34-1-1....) Because I did try installing it inside the file it came in only to have the main exe problem. Now, that its just the pac file with the batch file on the inside its "working" but not actually installing.

i use xdelta3-3.1.0-x86_64.exe
maybe that's the issue?
but yeah, just gotta make it look like the other mods there
