Exiting game not possible?

so i decided to check how game runs now and after i finished i tried to exit game but there was no way to exit game anymore without forcing it to close with task manager, anyone else having this problem?

You have to press the escape key, that will bring up the quit game prompt.

Hmmm didnt work for me though. I used to be able to exit by pressign select on my controller but now that wont work either.

Yeah you either have to hit escape on the keyboard or hit your back button on the controller on the main menu and back once more on the splash screen when it says press to start. Kind of bad design
