Fix for LowLevelFatalError/ game crashing

i have recently just bought this game and have had a few issues with trying to get the game to start,
it would load get to the menu and then crash about 30-40 secs in i found a fix after searching various forums etc. I managed to fix the game by going in to advanced system settings and adding a new system variable (disabling avx/avx2) i added the vaiable name "OPENSSL_ia32cap" with the value "~0x20000000" restarted and its works perfectly ever since i hope this can help others that are facing the same error as me

It crashes for me too. What do I need to do to make it work like it did for you? Could you give me detailed instructions?

1. Go to the steam library
2. Right click Dark Occult
3. Click "Properties"
4. It should open to the "General" tab. if not, select it
5. Find "Launch Options"
6. Type or copy/paste:

cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%"

in the launch options box
7. Try launching the game again
