GAME KEEP CRASHING AT THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME

Help, the game keep crashing at the main menu. How to fix?

i5-13600k
16gb RAM

I bought the game and I haven't been able to play it, it gets stuck at the beginning of the game when it is telling you the story. I have an Asus gaming pc tuf f15 rtx invidia 3050 4gb virtual ram

Guys, I found the solution in another forum discussion, try disconnecting your Wi-Fi from the PC and start the game, I just tried it and it WORKS!!! Let me know if it works for you like it did for me.

I opened a Box where a Vodoo Doll was inside but i did not picked up the Doll because i wanted do do it later. I saved the Game and few hours later i wanted to pick the doll up. The Box is still open and i can see the Doll inside the Box but i cant interact with the Box anymore and i cant pick up the Doll anymore. I was search in my SaveGame if i can find this Box to delete it out of there but i am just a Gamer and dont understand anything in it. Is there any way to fix the Vodoo Doll so i can pick it up? I had to start from the beginning two times now because of errors in the Game, i dont want to start again from the beginning.

Hello, look, I haven't gotten to that part of the game, I only found the solution to why it wouldn't let me play it in any way and the solution was to disconnect the wifi from the PC and the game worked fine. Are you playing it with Wi-Fi on? Try starting it with Wi-Fi disconnected again, because that could be the problem, maybe it solves the problem, I know the game has many bugs. If I see anything related to that, I'll let you know.

No, I haven't found another way, I haven't played it myself yet, but I know I have to play it by disconnecting the Wi-Fi, it's the only possible solution so far.
