Report a translation problem
Now if your Windows is 64 bits, you'll have to do the same thing but in the "SysW0W64" folder (copy xinput1_3.dll, rename it to xinput1_4.dll and paste in the folder again, so both are there)
If it is 32-bit, do the process only in the System32 folder. If you don't know if your pc is 32-bit or 64-bit, go to: Start Menu > Right-click on "Computer" > Properties.
If all that doesn't work, you can paste the xinput1_4.dll file into the game folder. To get to the game folder go to: Computer > Local Disk C: > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Modern Combat 5. Good luck. ;D
