How to turn on the full screen mode?

When I start the game, there is only 3/4 screen. I tried to input -fullscreen in the startup command, but it still doesn’t work. There is no window mode of _ □ x in the upper left corner to zoom in. Please help me. Thanks

up right corner, settings - sound/effects - there is fullscreen.... but every day I start playing I need to do it again lol
