Achievement Glitch?

Hey there, love the game! Quick question/concern. I had this game 100%, but think some achievements might have been added with the recent update. I re-popped everyone except for "Get all baubles on Level 10." I got all necessary things, but I believe the timer bauble is glitched. It is showing that you need to complete the map in 10 seconds to get the bauble. Thanks!
