Audio bug

Hi,

Recently, for no apparent reason, the audio of the game isn't working at all. I launched the game today, and in the menu (and while actually playing), there's no audio whatsoever.
I tried checking the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, uninstalling again and restoring the game from a previous save, making sure the audio's correctly connected (aka my headset), checking any software updates (GPU/DirectX) but nothing's working so far.

Obivously my headset is working perfectly on everything else, and I do admit I haven't tried plugging something else.
Any clues or ideas ?

EDIT : forgot to add, but I was well into the game, this hasn't happened the very first time I launched
