Well, it's a bit different than that. Some of the companies under WB Games will go to one company after the split and the rest will go with another. It's not like all of WB Games is getting dissolved and everyone's being fired.

It's effect on Lego is not currently publicly known, just watch to see if TT games is on the list of keep or move/sell. Even then it's still debatable how much it will really effect the game's development.
