Second one try using a force user to MC a trooper. Apparently that's been the most reliable method.
For the third, that one's an odd case. From my experience the gang that you have to deal with counts as being detected. That said, the path that you go to to get the first minikit (using the net launcher after the first walker leaves) continues on and goes straight to the courtyard right by the console that can be used to clear said courtyard. MC the trooper or go in a villain character to clear it and you're golden.
For the second one, as said above, force-controlling an enemy trooper to shoot at one of his friend did the trick both times as well.
Never had an issue for the last one so can't help you.
