No voices during cinematics

Hi everyone,
Since two weeks i can't hear any voices during cinematics.
I tried to change languages, downloaded lastest versions for my drivers but it still broke.

Does somebody have a solution, please ?

Have you enabled mumble mode? Can you hear other noises?

No, i don't know how to put on this mode.
Yes i do, but main voices in cinematics are reverbed for some reason and far far away

I have this happen to me on occasion. Each time I reboot my laptop and go back into the game and it is fine.

i've had basically the same issue now, except that mine will only play the cutscene voices properly when i have my headphones in it seems...

I had the same issue, no voices in the cutscenes. I went into the audio parameters, my speakers, and enabled "Windows Sonic", and now it works
