Can you have 4 characters on screen in freeplay?

Title says it all, during missions you sometimes have up to four characters, can you do the same in galay freeplay?

I currently have 4 characters in galaxy freeplay, I'm not sure if this is a glitch but I started and exited a level that has 4 characters you play as and I've been playing with 4 characters in galaxy freeplay ever since.

There was a duplication glitch but I hear it was patched, so now to have four character you have to break apart two protocol droids but you can't have four different characters anymore.

ah that sucks it would be really cool if it was officially implemented.

Well, I can still duplicate. Try adding Mandalorian to the main two active characters, move to the first character in your kinda party selection (not the two active) and then choose mandalorian for them again. It should add another character into the freeplay

I haven't had an update since the 6th so I dunno. I'll verify my files and see if there's anything.

I glitched my freeplay to have 4 characters days after the patch, so it's still possible lol

Yeah I'm still fine after verifying. Although something I've noticed for my game is that using the Mandalorian isn't necessary as it just mattered that I used that first unused slot with a character that has already been activated but even then the game can crash so it was always safer with Mando for me.

For me what works is pulling up the full character select, replace someone in the active party with The Mandalorian, then replace someone in the reserve party with The Mandalorian to add an extra active member. I can keep replacing reserve members to add more, but it only seems to work 6-7 times before I have to exit the menu and repeat from the start to add more.

I managed to do it with using the first character as whomever and then switching it to the same character, thanks guys.

After a softlock bug locked me out of doing episode 7 I noticed I had 5 team members out at the same time.

So I went exploring the galaxy. When you go through a few of the doors there are so many people in your group they push you back through the door as soon as it loads... creating an infinite cycle of being stuck going through doors and load screens.

Did you find a way to fix this? I have 6 people in my party including me and I don't know how to get rid of them.
