Wait, OP doesn't even have the game. At least not on Steam.
I find it more strange people have an issue with someone wanting to play the game with all it's features unlocked rather than dealing with the games artificial road blocks. Even people saying there's no point to playing it once it's 100%'d, it really shows how people have been conditioned to need "progression" in a game in order to enjoy it. That they're not playing a game, just ticking off a checklist.
