Screen resolution/fitting

I was playing the game casually... I press alt+tab to check on another window, and now the screen for Skywalker Saga has black bars on the side of it and the picture is really low resolution. Anyone else get the same problem? Anyone have solutions?

I had a similar problem, and this is what I did to fix it: Find out what your screen resolution should be, go to options > video options in the main menu or the pause menu, and the top setting will be for screen resolution. From there you can simply change it to the resolution that it should be.

I had the same issue, however setting the resolution and refresh rate in video options is only a temporary fix, as the game has a small chance to randomly reset the resolution and refresh rate settings upon pressing alt+tab if you're using exclusive fullscreen.

In the end I switched to borderless fullscreen, which solved that issue along with a bunch of other issues including a crash bug that rarely happens if you press alt+tab while in the game with exclusive fullscreen.
