FPS Settings keep getting reset?

Every single time I start a new mission it goes from 144 to 60 fps which infuriates me so much. Is anyone else having this problem?

Change Screen Refresh Rate inside Configuration Files[5]

“Navigate to the Configuration File(s) Location (Windows default is: %APPDATA%\Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment\LEGO Star Wars - The Skywalker Saga).
Open PCCONFIG.TXT.
Search for ScreenRefreshRate and change its value to your desired refresh rate (Default value is 60 for 60 Hz).
Save PCCONFIG.TXT and set it to Read-only in its Properties.
Launch the game.
