FPS/Resolution Reset

My FPS/Resolution settings reset after every start of the game. Sometimes they even change when i completed a level, there was a cutscene or i went to the desktop and went back into the game. It always changes to 1920x1080 (24).

Is anyone having the same issues and knows how to fix it?
