The disrespect to PC players

I have played this game for almost 60 hours. I have completed it 100% and I have loved it as I have not loved a video game for a long time. But how PC gamers have been treated is a shame, so I am going to expose the treatment of the company towards those of us who play on this platform.

1. We never had a decent Steam page for the game, where a trailer or video was shown, they just put 6 images and some information.
2. Unlike all other platforms, we didn't get any kind of pre-download to play right when the game came out. This may not sound like a big deal, but I saw a lot of players that have poor internet and had to wait for hours (me included). This is in addition to the fact that the release on consoles was 12 hours earlier for some reason, with pre-download available two days before its release.
3. Optimization does not exist in the game. The lag in some levels like "Droid Factory Frenzy" is exaggerated and the game has crashed and closed 17 times in my 58.6 hours of play. (For poeple that doesn't believe this, just check all the discussions on the forum complaining about the lag. Example)
4. The last update ("Rogue One" and "Classic Characters" DLCs) came out an hour late only on PC without saying anything, leaving hundreds of players who were waiting at the time stranded.
5. There are a lot of bugs in the game that have not been corrected since its release, especially in terms of screen formats or save games, which, again, IS NOT HAPPENING ON CONSOLES (they also have bugs, but not so many. And they got 3 patches). There are a lot of discussions on Steam asking devs to do something, but they aren't listening. It's been 5 times that I've had to restart a level because it got stuck and I can't continue, which is very frustrating.
6. K&M controls suck. It should not be necessary to buy a controller to play a game that has come out for PC.
7. Finally, I would like to mention that they have not added Trading Cards or Point Shop Items, which although it does not make the game worse, is a feature that most of the big titles that come out in the store have.

Although all of this this, waiting almost 4 years to its release has been completely worth it. I hope that TT Games improves its treatment of PC gamers in its next releases.

you are completely going over the absolutely miserable controls using keyboard and mouse
who in the right mind would control a menu using the arrow keys
and control their character using WASD just to switch to the arrow keys TO SELECT a different character
with ~10 lines of code the controls could work for keyboard ingame AND in the menus at the same time
but there is 0 effort put into it
and it makes me mad

This is nothing: in Skyrim (both the original and "special" edition), one of the NPCs uses the wrong facial expression. No-one, neither the devs nor any other modder, had corrected this oversight that takes JUST ONE LINE OF CODE TO CHANGE IN NEARLY 10-AND-A-HALF YEARS! Well, I personally find it depressing, but of course someone who enjoys watching animals being tortured and scared and taunted and run for their lives from barbarians would find others' misery hilarious.

Wtf are you saying? Does it seem comparable to you? I'm laughing because I try to laugh at the bad things instead of letting them make me sadder, because if I let every bad thing make me sad I'll end up down. If the fact that in a game an NPC does not move his face correctly is a misery for you, you have a serious problem.
And I know that you say that because I'm Spanish, but you know that not all Spaniards are in favor of those traditions, right? Racist

The game is obviously designed with a Controller in mind because of the Consoles. Keyboard and Mouse controls are an afterthought, so no surprise that they are not ideal.

Personally, I can't imagine using K&M when an XBOX controller works so much better in all aspects of the game.

I agree, but not every PC player but not all players have the ability to purchase a controller. If you design a game for a platform it should be nice to play pleasantly with the platform's default peripherals.

Price isn't the issue for me, I have controllers but HATE using them, I only use them for racing games, nothing else. This is why I refunded the game and will not purchase it again until they fix the pathetic excuse for KB/M controls.

why are people so fanatic about controllers?
you don't wash your clothes manually when you have a washing mashine
why use an uncomfortable, clonky controller with unprecise aim (or aimbot) if you can use a mouse

i hate this retarded controller focus so much
if I wanted to play with a controller, I'd buy a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ xbox

i'll probably just refund the game
was probably dumb from me to expect working PC controls in a full price AAA title

Lego games? AAA? Definitely not. AA? Maybe. A? Probably. B? Most likely. These are definitely average-budget, poorly-developed, atrociously-managed games.

Optimization does not exist in the game. The lag in some levels ?

If you do not play on a toaster, the optimization of the game is very good, 1440p 144 Fps, everything above 60 fps in 4K is at the highest graphics settings. No lags or any other issues.
