Controller Ps4/Ps5 layout

Hey, I am using a PS5 controller and I dont know how to use the ps4/ps5 button layout ingame. The controller only works ingame with the XBOX button layout. Anyone knows a fix?

Thank you, SimsEn. That worked! It makes zero sense, though, that you have to DISABLE PS4 support to be able to use your PS4 controller with button prompts. Just ridiculous.

Im also using the ps5 controller. At first when i booted up the game i saw xbox buttons/symbols. I quit the game and went to the controller tab in big picture mode and unchecked the box that is for PS controllers. After that no problems at all and PS icons showing.

You have to sacrifice vibrations unfortunately.

Ugh! Why would they not provide Rumble functionality for a controller that has one of the most advanced forms of controller rumble? (PS5 Controller).

I'm playing the game right now using my Xbox Elite Controller with full rumble support. That feature adds so much to the experience, I can't imagine playing the game without it.

I own several PS4 controllers, but the Elite is so much nicer than any of the standard issue controllers I wouldn't use anything else, except perhaps a PS5 controller. But since Steam doesn't support Rumble for these, then that would be a hard pass for me.

And I agree with others in this thread... Why do you need to DISABLE PS controller functions to ENABLE PS controller functions? Looks like someone screwed up over at Steam HQ and reversed the toggle switches for this option.
