Meaning that Win 7 might not support some libraries of DX 11 that are required to run and only available to Win 10 and above.
Toasters aren't computers. Even 5 of them.

Second & third pc (both identical other than one on a 55" screen)
CPU: Intel® Core(TM) i7-3700 @ 3.4GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050 TI 4G DDR5X
RAM: 32GB DDR3 @ 1600MHz
DISPLAY on PC2: Samsung 65" QLED (Q70A) 4K Ultra HD Smart TV
DISPLAY on PC2: Samsung 55" Plazma HD TV
I was simply trying to fix it for my son since with both bought compies. I can see others asking in different discussion if anyone had luck loading in with Windows 7 as well so like I said above always a troll with nothing intelligent to say.
All three have GPUs that only have new driver updates on Windows 10 or above.
