Windows 7?
do i have seen other games that say windows 10 but directx 11 and run on my pc which is still on windows 7. Do we think this will be the same?

Gotta agree at this point upgrade to windows 10, windows 7 is trash at this point.

i have been looking but it tells me to use a download tool but it errors every time i do it. I cant find a free upgrade anywhere

I got Windows 10 Pro for like, 40 bucks I think. Just gotta do some customer support when you buy a key. :)

We won't actually know until the game releases but it is likely to work as it uses DX11 like you've said, we'll just have to wait and see, I'm in the same boat as you

btw guys, he asked about if it will work, not about downgrading to 10, try and be more helpful next time

Homie, you're running an obsolete OS. Support for windows 7 is running very thin. I'd upgrade to at least 10

thank you dead eye. I know 7 is old but rig has something janky on it i have a feeling one day i will have to reload the os but i didnt feel like messing with that now

no worries man, btw if things don't work out I'd advise trying to dual boot if you're dead set on keeping 7, it will let you keep 7 while optionally being able to load into 10 whenever, it's what I'm going to do if the game doesn't work

maybe it's a sense of false superiority? Cause I really can't get how people see windows 7 questions as "how do I upgrade to windows 10 also tell me how bad 7 is please"

You'll most likely be able to run the game. Don't worry about not being able to run it. Though if I were you I'd consider upgrading to windows 10 some time.

Windows 10 update is free. they're saying to update because line of support for windows 7 is very slim. Official support from microsoft has ended for win 7. it's nothing against you, just you won't get much in terms of windows 7 support anymore
