Large Mutant card

I have finished Rage twice before about a year and a half ago. I'm trying to collect all the cards this time. I want to get the Large Mutant card in the Dead City Streets. Do I have to do the Sheriff quest line all the way down to the RC car mission first?

yes. because the Large Mutant Card is located in a hidden room, that's only accessible after blowing up the tanks with an RC Bomb Car. So finishing Sheriff Black's missions first is a top-priority, because he gives you the schematic to make them for the earlier Shrouded Bunker missions

yeah, but be warned though......

the missed cards that become purchasable will cost $950. I know this, because during my last practice run, I accidentally forgot to grab the Marshall playing card from inside the Authority Prison, so I ended up screwing myself out of $950 (but luckily, Mutant Bash-TV quickly re-imbursed me and then some)
