here's a tip to beat the final round of 5-Finger Filet

I know alot of us, myself included, had a hard time playing this particular mini-game, let alone beating it. However, as for beating the 5th and final round, here's a video that shows a trick that you can use:

This was the only way I was able to unlock the Just-A-Flesh-Wound achievement, since the pattern was so random, and hopefully this'll provide help for anyone who hasn't beaten the final round yet.

I was able to achieve this without **cough**cheating**cough**
Just gotta work on your reflexes. When you reach the final round, get as far as you can before you lose your first strike, memorize that pattern and get as far as you can during your second strike, then wish for the best so you don't lose all three strikes.

well when I last played 5-Finger Filet, before getting the achievement just yesterday, I actually made it up all the way to the final round on my own without any help, but kept messing up as I was either hitting the Space bar too early or too late, especially with the random pattern.

I tried to do it legit many many times but I gave up. The pausing trick didn't work for me as well.. Sooo, I downloaded ThrottleStop 4.00 and slowed down the clock to ~30%, which slowed down animation to about 2fps... :) Cheating is cheating, but I didn't want to waste more time on that achievement.

I just played this again 2 nights ago and got through all 5 rounds without a single strike. LMAO. And people claim RAGE on Ultra Nightmare is easy...

only for areas with alot of bigger baddies (like multiple Krakens for example), or that one semi-escort mission

the only other tedious mini-game there is, is the Strum one. but even that one isn't too hard, since it isn't time-based and you can just write down the musical notes as they're being played.

I beat the game on Ultra Nightmare and I didnt use a single turret or bot. Easy.

But I can't beat that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 5-Finger Filet minigame. That's too damn hard, man. You gotta be the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Bishop from Aliens to beat this ♥♥♥♥....

I tried using that. Didn't slow down at all or make any noticeable difference. Which sucks. because i have the attention span of a squirrel and can't focus long enough to get past even round 4. Pretty much gave up and have no idea what else I can do to beat it.

I beat this back on the 360, but replaying on PC I just cant seem to get it, anyone here still got their savegame by chance that they wouldnt mind sharing so I can autopop it
