Achievements won't register?

I've played it yesterday, when there were no new achievements, I checked this morning and there are new achievements now. So I decided to play it again, but they won't register... at elast that's what I think. I finished the first part of the DLC in the Hagar Caves, but the achievement was never achieved... Am I doing something wrong? Or is it supposed to register later on in the DLC?

Check cache/Start again/start on a new save file if possible/replay.

Are you sure you are far enough into DLC to be awarded any achievement?
Two guides - one for ps3 one for xbox360 - since achievos are the same on all 3 platforms you can easily use those:

If this does not help then I suggest turning off Cloud and removing current save file (MAKE BACKUP FIRST!!!).

i got "wall hack" for killing 2 targets with one railgun shot. The Rubar one doesn't unlock for me, as well as completing the hagar caves. Think it's safe to say they are bugged.

here too, should have gotten 5 achievements yesterday but none of them is marked.

I was already in the second part of the DLC, in the Refinery... So it's safe to say I was far enough to get the Hagar Caves achievement... I removed the game and re-installing it now... unfortunately it's going to take a couple of hours to do so...

I beat the whole DLC and only got the one at the very end. I feel your pain.

Steam was updated yesturday, if you played already before the update you'll have to replay that content to get those achievments.

I re-installed it and am going to try it again today after work, saved just in front of the Hagar Caves. Which I can play with my eyes closed now *lol*

Not sure why. All other achievements unlocked for me but were achieved after the steam update.

Just replayed the Hargar caves section on a new game and I did not get the achievement, though I got the one for the refinery. That's about as far as I've gotten though.

Right click on Rage’s app in your Steam’s library, and select Properties

Navigate to the Updates tab, and disable Steam Cloud synchronization

Log out of steam and log back in, verify that Steam Cloud is still disabled

In the Steam directory of your computer, navigate to the [userdata] folder. Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata

Within your profile’s directory (there will be a unique set of numbers per profile), locate Rage’s app directory – 9200. Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[#your profile’s path#]\9200

Delete the 9200 folder

Launch Rage, and enter gameplay

Reattempt previously locked out achievements
