I understud on some blogs that there are in new DLC The Scorchers. But i dont have it. I have new nail Gun but not these two.

You ONLY get the Nail Gun from 'The Schorchers'. The other come from the anarchy edition.

But how can i get the anarchy ed. upgrade here on steam when i already have a game? Thats the question. On store page there is nothing except game and DLC. Or can i buy upgrade key somwhere else and activate it here?

Good luck finding Authority Pack (DB shotty + Fists + Armor + Buggy).
You have more chance to find Sewers dlc, unless it is already included in steam copy of the game.

well I got the Anarchy Edition of the game back in October when I ordered it, and it comes with the 2 above items mentioned, as well as the Rat-Rod Buggy

1 - Rat Rod Buggy is Part of Authority Pack DLC which is extra content for Anarchy Edition
2 - Sewers DLC is bonus content for pre-orders (apparenty steam version contains it but I am not sure)

- some ppl say they got only the game

its really an ugly situation... you can look at cdkeyhouse and buy the anarchy edition for 30$ but the sewers mission is out of stock. you would THINK that steam would sell these things (plainly ID does not give the slightest ♥♥♥♥ about pc gamers if they cant even be bothered to make these dlc's availible to make $ off of) but apparently they dont.

on the other hand really the fists, sawed off, and buggy are pretty useless. the armor on the other hand is way O/P. i mean you still have fists to hit enemies with in the normal edition, they just dont have blades on them, and if it is coming down to regularly meleeing enemies you are doing something WAY wrong. the sawed off is quickly replaced by the normal shotgun (about 30 min into the game if i remember right), and the sewers are just a place to pick up a few more crafting/junk type items, really not missing out on much.

I scourged quite a few topics and your opinion repeats - those 2 dlc aren't worth hassle/additional cost. Everyone says they are nothing special and if you don't have them you don't lose much, if anything at all.

The upgraded fists are great for the grunt enemies who run at you like monkeys. You can one hit headshot them with one punch no problem. Saves on ammo, not that you really need to.

I know that, but when I ordered it from Amazon, the day it arrived in my mailbox I opened up my package, and to my surprise, it was the Anarchy Edition (I would know, I just gotten finished breaking Captain Marshall out of the Authority Prison). And people on there told me well in advance, that there was a possibility that I would get the standard edition if I ordered it, but I was surprised when it turned out to be the Anarchy Edition.
