Rage--wasted garage.

I am trying to get the piston assembly, the last thing to get before I exit the garge. I am in easy mode--okay so I am not a video geek--sue me!!, any way everything was going fine--in easy mode, when while trying to get the piston, I spent over an hour trying to mode down the banditss but they just kept coming. After an hour and killing about 300 of them and still not finished with them, (and of course I hear the machine gun in the backround) I got fustrated and left the game to see if I could go into "God Mode. I typed it in correctly, otherwise it would have said "unknown command" and when I got playing again, it was not in God mode. So any suggestions? thanks

Use grenades and fatboys on the boss bad guy, he's the one firing the machine guns. Until you knock him off the underlings will keep on coming ad infinitum.

You've got to vanquish the bad guy in the turreted buggy. If you don't you'll have endless baddies coming after you. I crouched, used my monocule to aim my pistol, and shot him dead. This took maybe six or eight shots, but I'm playing the highest difficulty level, therefore you would need fewer shots. From there you just progress until you find a glowing piston which you pick up and that task is completed.

If you have fatboy rounds for your pistol they do great damage to that guy. Go into cover when he starts shooting at you and pop out and fire when he stops to reload. Use your other weapons and wingsticks when other bandits spawn. You can do this fight with out too much trouble with only regular pistol rounds so dont give up. Also, grenades can be helpful if you get a good toss.

yeah, I always save the Fatboy bullets for that Wasted Boss guy on the mounted turret
