Dusty 8 Reverse time trial on Ultra Nightmare

Hi!
I've been bashing my head against this race for so long now. It has to be finished in 1m26s and thus has to be driven absolutely perfectly. Anyone managed to do this and can give me tips? Closest I got was 1m26.43s. Very. Frustrating :x

I haven't played on Ultra-Nightmare yet, but I do remember something what IceHandz said, that you might wanna do all of the other buggy-class races first and max-out your vehicle. because by then, your vehicle should have the highest boost already upgraded, and thus, giving you an easy chance to win the Time Trials. However, i've heard the biggest one you're gonna have trouble with, is beating Durar's time (which is only 28-seconds on UNM, from what i've been told)

Yeah I personally did the races in UN and learned the time trials are absolutely unbeatable without upgrading your car in a few areas. On top of pimping up your ride, you gotta make use of almost all the booster pickups laid out in the tracks and keep boosting for all 3 laps. The booster pick ups don't respawn, which means you'll have to take different routes each lap.

Believe it or not, Durai's time trial is just the introduction and the easiest of all time trials in the game since you can beat it with your standard buggy. Yes, it's pretty dang hard, but easier than the rest.

i have rage game for the begining but only got the dlc for ultra nightmare 2 week ago and yaaa i got this ♥♥♥♥♥!! time race are very hard at ultra nightmare and is a very very good challenge. for dusty 8 normal race and highway you can do it with a 4v engin but for dusty 8 reverse i was not able to do it, my best score was always around 1:26.128 and after doing it again and again with a perfect driving i was not able to do it. so i chance mind and put the v6 engin. the prob with this one is the the best set of tire you got can't handle the turn, the engin is too powerful and in my first test using it was bad. but you need it, i dont know if someone done it with the v4 engin, if that so i will kiss this feet. but after doing this race so much with the v4 engin i finally find i was to handle the v6 engin in this race after 5 try and beat the race with 1:25.872. best tips for the v6 engin is slow down i little bit before a turn and it the boost in middle of it. now i have to beat the last trial in the subway area i dont know it much, so i guess i will suffer a lot with a v4 engin until a know if on my hand and maybe i will beat it with this engin never know :)
